Lap Turn is a very useful technique for handlers who are not always able to be ahead of their dogs to cue a turn. The Lap Turn requires some basic teaching without obstacles, as turning away from the handler is not natural for many dogs.
This short course will give you an overview of a Lap Turn from the very basics to the point where you get to teach it to your dog.
