Rewarding is VERY important for your dog's learning. Rewarding in the correct place and at the right time makes all the difference in how quickly and easily your dog learns.

Your dog will also tie their state of mind during the reward with the actual behavior they performed when receiving the reward. In other words, the more exciting the reward - the better their performance will be!
