What does a free membership involve?
Once you sign up to OneMind Dogs Free you will arrive at the welcome page which allows you to start a free OneMind Dogs introductory online porogram.
You can also access the Blog which features many interesting stories and training tips.
To discuss any training issues or get some advice you can visit the Forum and interact with the OneMind Dogs community members.

How can I upgrade my membership?
After registering for a free account you can visit your subscription page at any time to update your subscription to a Premium membership.
Options vary from monthly, bi-annual, annual and day pass subscriptions.
Can I only purchase the order via PayPal or is there another way?
Currently we offer payment services through PayPal and through Stripe (which allows you to use a debit or credit card). Both payment methods offer secure and diverse international online payments.
Note: When paying with your credit card in Paypal, it is not required to create an account.
How do I cancel a recurring payment, subscription, or automatic billing agreement I have with a merchant?
Please note: These instructions allow you to cancel future automatic payments only. Once an automatic payment has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
For subscriptions paid via PayPal:
Log in to your PayPal account.
Click the gear symbol in the top right hand corner of the page.
Click ”Payments”, it is the third tab along in the menu.
Click ”Manage pre-approved payments” in the pre-approved payments section.
Find OneMind Dogs in the payment list and click on it.
Click “cancel” in the top left corner and follow the instructions.
For subscriptions paid via a PayPal Business Account:
Log in to your PayPal account.
Click "Profile" in the top right hand corner of the page.
Click ”Profile and settings”.
Click ”Financial information” it is the second tab down.
Find "My pre-approved payments" and click "update" to the right.
Find OneMind Dogs in the payment list and click on it.
Click “cancel” in the top left corner and follow the instructions
For subscriptions paid via Stripe:
Visit the Subscriptions page.
Find your recurring subscription and click "View Details"
This will then bring up the details of the subscription you chose to cancel.
Press “cancel recurring payment” and that subscription will be cancelled.
Will cancelling my Recurring Payments early affect my current membership status?
No, you can cancel the recurring payments at any time (and at least 24 hours before the expiry date preferably) and your membership will continue until the expiry date shown in the subscriptions section of your dashboard, cancelling the payments only stops the membership from renewing automatically in the future, it will not affect any payments that have already been processed.
How do I know if my subscription will renew automatically?
Visit the Subscriptions page.
Find your active subscription and click "View Details"
This will then bring up the details of the subscription, towards the bottom of the details there will be a line saying "Automatic Renew", if your subscription is recurring then this will say "Yes" and mention how often the renewal occurs. If you have a non-recurring membership, it will say "No."
The quality of the video is not always the same
The players serve the quality rendition of the videos based on the device type and window resolution (phone, tablet, computer, tv) and network bandwidth/conditions. The player tries to give the best experience (both in video quality and fast video loading time) this way. They detect dynamically the bandwidth and the window size of the player and they serve the most suitable rendition. There is also a quality selector cog on the bottom right hand side of your screen that you can use to change the quality of the video. Choosing a lower quality will help the video load faster.
Can I give a gift card for OneMind Dogs membership to someone?
Yes you can, simply visit our gift card pages and choose your preferred subscription.
How do I bookmark stuff?
Find a star next to the title of any video, article, lesson or course. Click or tap on the star to bookmark it.
How do I find my bookmarks?
You can find your bookmarks on your dashboard. Click the green and white person icon and we’ll take you to your dashboard.
Is there a list of the OneMind Dogs handling techniques anywhere?
