Lynn Madden
place Parkes, Australia
star OneMind Dogs Instructor
Lynn’s handling style is calm, decisive and deliberate. She decides on a handling plan and executes it to the best of her abilities. Her strengths lay in the ability to think on her feet. “My dogs can be quite changeable; sometimes running fast, sometimes running slow. So it’s always my goal to stay connected, choose handling plans that are smooth and handling the dog I have on the day.”
As an instructor Lynn is clear, precise and patient. She wants her students to be able to leave feeling like super-stars with amazing dogs that can take on any challenge that comes their way!
Lynn feels she has been very lucky in her short career as an agility handler. “I have an amazing first dog Cooper, a really sensitive dog that has taught me so much about patience and being the best and clearest handler I can be for my dog. My younger girl Storm has been raised in the OneMind Dogs method and she has taught me how much fun agility can be when you and your dog really connect and have the skills to take on any course”
Lynn has also had the chance to run her friends’ dogs of all different types which has allowed her to challenge herself as a handler.
