Kim Glass

star OneMind Dogs Instructor
Kim is a self-declared agility addict and a student of the game. She loves the adrenalin rush of a fast, fun course with her best buddy! She describes herself as an analytic. “Each run, I take time to dissect what went well and where we can improve as a team. Regardless of how it goes on any given day, I celebrate each time I go to the line with my partner”
Kim loves sharing the OneMind Dogs method with teams of all sorts. The highlight of each class for her is that magic moment when a light bulb goes off and a team is able to do something they never thought was possible. Her goal is to send each team home feeling that they have learned something they can use while building trust, confidence and teamwork.
Kim’s favorite thing to teach is how to see agility from the Dog’s perspective, something she considers as the ultimate game changer. Her long term goal is to build a specialty in helping handlers with various physical limitations enjoy the game of agility and become the best teammates they can be for their partners!
