Amanda Brandenburg
place United States of America
star OneMind Dogs Instructor
As a handler in agility Amanda loves to push herself out of her comfort zone and reach for the stars. She wants to be the best teammate for her dog in every way possible on and off the agility field. “It is an incredible journey we have with each dog and I want to have as much fun with them as I can. I love to learn, have fun, and train new things on a daily basis. I think every day presents us with new opportunities to learn something. The more we learn, the more knowledge we can have on and off the course.”
As an instructor Amanda enjoys working with all types of students whether it is just for fun or for competition. “I love watching my students have fun with their dogs while building a bond and becoming a team. There is nothing better than seeing the relationship between them grow!”
Amanda wants to motivate and encourage her students to be the best they can be. “It is such an incredible moment for me as an instructor when my students have that "moment" when they thought they couldn't do something and they COULD DO IT! I enjoy teaching all things, I don't have a particular favorite. I just love teaching humans and dogs about this incredible sport of agility. I love being part of OneMind Dogs and can't wait to share my knowledge with others!”
